How this started
Why Bad Mannaz?
The concept of 'bad mannaz' is something I used to say to my friends when we were getting ready for a night at the club and they got dressed up in their outfits. I’d say:
“It’s rude to look that good. Ya rude. Ya got bad mannaz.”
We’d match when going out — colours, bandanas — always bright, loud, and stylish. This brand is me bottling that idea. That feeling.
Bad Mannaz isn’t just about wearing a bandana. It’s about the confidence you have. It’s the thought you put into yourself.
Founder's note
Inspiration
A lot of my style comes from my eldest sister — she taught me how to play with colour, layer accessories, and show up with presence.
She dressed me up when I was younger, and through her I grew up surrounded by Jamaican culture, Black UK style, dance, and music — all of which shaped who I am today and I am forever blessed because of it.
Bad Mannaz is a love letter to that influence, that culture, and that energy.
